The Policy of Fulaz is to provide Quality products and Services that comply with, and satisfy all customers’ expectations and needs, considering that the internal implemented procedures and techniques insures the achievement of the following goals:

In order to achieve the above, the Company will

  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System which is appropriate to its own operation and take account of the service it provides.  The Quality Management System shall be developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.
  • Identify and provide relevant training and awareness to its staff.
  • Give all the staff the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality and the Quality Management System.
  • Require all staff to perform their duties in compliance with the Quality Management System.
  • Give the appropriate staff the responsibility and authority for ensuring that the policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels.
  • Setting up the necessary quality objectives which can improve internal systems.
